MiO Energy is your portable energy source – when one squirt, about half a teaspoon, is mixed into 8 ounces of water, it creates a delicious drink that contains 60 mg. of caffeine – about the same as a 6-ounce cup of coffee, as well as B vitamins that help release energy from the food you eat. It's available in Green Thunder and Black Cherry giving you energy whenever and wherever you need it!

MiO Energy comes in two sizes - 18 servings per bottle (1.62 fl oz.) or 12 servings per bottle (1.08 fl oz.) For now you can find the smaller bottle in convenience stores.

We strongly advise against it. MiO Energy contains caffeine and studies indicate that consuming caffeine with alcohol can lead to unsafe behaviors. Please don't try it.

The caffeine in one squeeze – about half a teaspoon - of MiO Energy in 8 fl. oz. of water is equal to a 6-ounce cup of coffee. There are 60 milligrams of caffeine in each squeeze of MiO used to flavor 8 fl. oz. of water.

One serving of MiO Energy – half a teaspoon – has as much caffeine as what is in a regular 6-ounce cup of coffee. If you prefer a lighter tasting MiO Energy drink you probably use less than a serving of MiO.

That is part of a secret formula for MiO Energy that we can't share. But we can tell you it's less than 2% of the weight of MiO Energy.

The same amount of liquid is in MiO Energy and MiO, but the formulas for each kind of MiO are different. Because of this the cost per serving is different.
